Where Are Your Children?

This morning it was announced that Jackie Collins had died of breast cancer, age 77. Well, after a few days of tributes by her admirers and friends, and lamentations by her family, the book will be closed, until the next celebrity dies of some other cancer.

But no one will ask, why are so many women dying of breast cancer? Is breast cancer a natural hazard of life or the results of what is laughingly called, Family Planning, which in reality is child prevention.

The god of science has introduced women to the contraceptive pill, without informing them that it is a lethal drug. So today, most women over the age of 50 have had a hysterectomy, or is in danger of dying of a gynaecologically related cancer. 

Even in The Worldwide church of God, where people ought to have known better, we used to sing: "Lo, children are an heritage of the Lord: and the fruit of the womb is his reward"(Ps.127:3).  After the singing, most couples closed the hymnal, and said to God, "Give the gifts to someone else, I don't need them." 

I once heard a hireling minister describing his fourth child as "having slipped through the net."  I supposed that was the contraceptive net!  And on another occasion, a local elder, bloated with pride, who I will not name, for his wife wanted the child, marched into services on a holiday day, and lamented from the lecturn that his wife was pregnant with their third child.  I now often see the child on Face Book, and I often wonder if I should say to him, "Your father never wanted you."

Woe to them, they have got some terrifying surprises coming!

Why Were Hirelings Ordained?

I have finally torn myself away from all my preoccupations in order update my blog, and to fullfil the promise I made to comment how so many men were ordained “ministers,” in The Worldwide Church of God, when in reality they were hirelings.  Of course, If I cite all the Scriptural texts that refer to this important doctrine, this post would be very long.  So I shall only refer to the key Scriptural texts.

Ambassador College

Almost all of the men that were ordained full time “ministers,” and were given a house, a car, a salary, an expense account and the responsibility to care for one or more congregations, attended Ambassador College.  Many of them were sons of “ministers” or members of the church.  A few came via the process of matriculation to what was perceived as a tertiary education!  But sadly, almost none of them were called by God before, during or after graduation.

The intrigues of ambition

However, while these young men were at Ambassador College, it became evident to them, that if they were ordained they would be destined for a life of moderate luxury, and congregations of sycophant men and women to massage their egos, especially on the Sabbath, where they were met by a flatterer to direct them to their car parking space, and a woman aspiring to the office of deaconess, with a silver salver of tea and specially baked cakes!  It would be laughable, if it wasn’t so serious!

Anyway, to achieve their goal of being a hireling, they feigned repentance, volunteered for menial jobs, such as, cleaning the toilets and picking up litter and licking the boots of men like Raymond McNair, Dr Meredith and anyone else they thought were in a position to recommend them for ministerial training or even immediate ordination.

Sadly for them, many achieved their goal and were ordained and sent out as field ministers, without any knowledge of the mysteries of the kingdom heaven, and devoid of the present of the Holy Spirit of Truth and love in their lives.  They were therefore of no help to the few faithful members of Christ flock!

Pay and pray

Some were so arrogant, that they even stood behind the lectern and told congregations:  “Your job is to pay and pray!”  But they didn’t say, our job is to take your money, live a life of luxury at your expense, while you and your family struggle to buy food and pay bills!

Of course, the congregations were to pray that God would call more people to pay more tithes, and give larger offerings, to ensure the financial security of the hirelings.  But if the hirelings or their wives were sick, as a consequence of breaking God’s law, the prayers of the congregations were not requested.  Their sins and wickedness were kept secret among themselves!  And another hireling, entitled, Evangelist, was sent out to anoint and pray for the sick hireling or his wife.  There was some kind of insane, misguided belief, that a hireling evangelist had some special connection to God!  It was only when the hireling or his wife were closed to death, that the prayers of the congregation were sought!  But why would God hear the prayers of the congregation on behalf of such evil men?

The door or some other way?

It is evident that the hirelings, who are the same as thieves and robbers, never came through the door, which is Christ(John 10:1-2). If they had come through the door of Christ, they would be shepherds, ready to lay down their lives for the flock, not fleeing hirelings(John 10:13)!

The narrative continues: “To him,” that is, the shepherd, “the porter opens; and the sheep hear his voice”(John 10:3).  Who is the porter that opens the door of Christ, so that the shepherds may enter?

During the reign of King David, he and Samuel established the office of the porter(1 Chron.9:22).  Their duty was to guard the gates of the tabernacle(1Chron.9:22); (2 Chron.8:14), and only open the gates to let in people who were holy(2 Chron.23:6).  The unclean were kept out, but if they got in by climbing up some other way, they were put to death(Verse 19); (2 Chron. 23:7).

That death sentence should send shockwaves through the hirelings that are now operating out of GCI, UCG, RCG, LCG, COG/Hulme, and all the other divided so-called churches of God.  The porter did not open for any of these men, who are thieves and robbers! They climbed up into the temple by licking the boots of Raymond McNair or Carl McNair, both of whom died miserable deaths.  Those who didn’t lick someone’s boots sucked up to Dr Meredith, or even Mr Armstrong, as Gerald Waterhouse did, to go around the churches talking nonsense about a place of final training.

These evil men were ordained shepherds, when in reality they were and are hirelings.  But I shudder to think of their judgment, for they are ignorant of the terror of the Lord(2 Cor.5:11).

Forty Years of Trials

Today, 2June 2015, is 40 years since I was baptised into the church of God.  My baptism was carried out by Arthur Suckling, who was then the pastor of the Godalming church.  Sadly, he has turned out to be a hireling, and the last I heard of him, he was a minister in UCG.

When I first met Arthur Suckling, despite his tendency to display his latent prejudices towards Gentiles, I thought he might be truly converted.  For when he related the difficult experiences he endured in the forces because of his desire to keep the Sabbath, I thought those experiences could be described as, “a great fight of afflictions” (Hebrews.10:32-33), that led to his initial illumination.  But that certainly was not the case.

However, as God’s scattered flock may remember, UCG was formed by a group of men who failed to speak out against Tkach’s doctrinal changes, because they feared being sacked without a financial package.  Yet the faithful men of God are commanded thus: “Ye that make mention of the Lord, keep not silence” (Isaiah 62:6). Of course, if these men were true ministers of Christ, they could not have kept silent when they saw God’s children being fed spiritual poison.

Since then UCG has gone through many upheavals, as different pompous men thought that they should be in charged of the money that are donated by deceived, misguided people. 

Victor Kubic is now the president of UCG.  What a joke!  He was appointed assistant to Joe junior, who by nepotism was appointed head of ministerial services over Larry Salyer.  So Victor Kubic knew about the doctrinal changes, yet he remained silent. His silence was bought by money!

He even told me at the Feast of Tabernacles, Haggerston Castle 1995, that he did not speak out against the changes, even though he disagreed with them.  He also admitted, although he is not alone, that when he was at Ambassador College in England, he pretended that he didn’t want to be a minister, but in his heart he always wanted ministerial office!  Well, he has got the office that he always wanted, but it will be the death of him,  and all those that are in league with him!

Anyway, many along with me were baptised many years ago, but from their ignorance of the bible and willingness to follow a cabal of hirelings into the lake of fire, it is evident that they were not sealed with that Holy Spirit of promise(Eph.1:13).

Finally, my journey to Damascus continues, despite the crazy people I have met travelling on the road from Damascus, that leads to oblivion.

Naked and Blind

It should be evident to anyone who is not spiritually blind, that the Worldwide Church of God, under Mr Armstrong’s dispensation, was the Laodicean era of the church.  For all the sinful, self deceptive characteristics of the Laodicean condition were very evident in the church to anyone who was spiritually alive.  For example, the growth of the church was measured by the 30% increased in income it received every year for about 30 years.  

At the height of the church’s financial prosperity, it had three colleges, two private jets, a fleet of vehicles, hundreds of properties around the world and an annual income of around $220 millions dollars, more than the annual budget of some small countries.  And of course, the hirelings that feed themselves and not the flock were handsomely paid to give sermons on the Sabbath, that were devoid of any spiritual substance.

Thus it said: “I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing”(Rev. 3:17).  Materially, that was true, but spiritually it was “wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked.”(Rev.3:17).

“Wretched,” in that the sins of the ministry, in particular, were covered up.  “Miserable,” in that people who try to hide their sins like Adam, tend to live with a guilty conscience, which makes them miserable. “Poor,” in that the ministry had not even gone beyond “the milk of the word.”  So the exhortation, “let us go on to perfection”(Hebrews 6:1), didn’t and couldn’t apply to them.  Blind, in that “the eyes of their understanding”(Eph.1:18). were still shrouded in darkness, instead of being enlightened.  Naked, in that the ministry were not clothed in white raiment.  But because they were spiritually naked, that is, laden with sins, and lacking the fruits of God’s spirit.  Their sins blinded them to spiritual understanding.  For the words of King David are these:  “A good understanding have all they that do his commandments”(Ps.111:10).

A Spike

There has been a spike in the number of American viewers to my blog.  A few weeks after my post, “The Unfaithful Hirelings,” the spike reached record levels, as the hirelings that are still alive looked in to learn of their fate.  But there has also been a large number of people reading my post entitled, “Another Hireling Jumped Ship,” where I described the treachery of John Meakin.

The exposure of the hirelings that were hiding in The worldwide Church of God may have come as a surprise to both the hirelings and some of God’s faithful children!  But for years it was evident to me, that most of the WCG’s UK ministers were not converted.  In 1975, I remember writing a paper on the meaning Eph.4:8, and passing it to Arthur Suckling.  He had absolutely no idea what the text was teaching.  Soon after, he was transferred to another area, and passed my paper to David House, who visited me, and because I was “enduring a great fight of afflictions”(Hebrews.10:32), he assumed that I was cursed.  Without discussing the text, he told me how wrong I was, and stated: “Why would God tell you anything, when he has his ministers up there.”  By “up there,” he meant the office in Borehamwood. Little did know that the ministers in Borehamwood were not God’s ministers, but the ministers of Satan, masquerading as ministers of Christ(2 Cor.11:13-15).

When the above text was cited in church services, the ministers and even Mr Armstrong applied it to Catholic and Protestant ministers, but when the Chosen Vessel was inspired to write the text, there were no Catholic or Protestant ministers in existence.  The text is referring to hirelings that were concealed in the Church of God at Corinth, and who were transforming themselves into ministers of Christ.  But they couldn’t fool The Chosen Vessel!  He didn’t only focus on their “good words and fair speeches, that deceived the hearts of the simple”(Romans 16:18), but rather on their behaviour.  That is why he added: “whose end shall be according to their works.”  You see, the great Apostle, had internalised the teachings of Christ, when said: “A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit”(Matt.7:18)   “Wherefore, by their fruit you shall know them,” not by their “good words and fair speeches,”  but by their behaviour!

In addition, in the early 1980s I wrote a paper on John 5:25 and send it to Frank Brown.  He didn’t even have the courtesy to reply to my paper!  He passed it to Robert Boreker, who sent me the standard, vague, obligatory reply, that says, “I have been asked to reply to you, but don’t expect me to comment on the merits or demerits of your paper, for I am not allowed to think.

The fruit of the UK ministers and many in other parts of the world, was to feed themselves and not the flock.  And in the crisis of 1995, they all sold the brethren for a redundancy or financial package, and then went off and started their own church to fleece the deceived out of tithes and offerings!

I shudder to think of the consequences of their betrayal of God’s elect!  To set out the appalling horror of their behaviour, and the terrifying punishment that awaits them, I would have to write a book.  But I shall only do so if it is the will of God.

The Unfaithful Hirelings

The Chosen Vessel described Epaphras and Tychicus as faithful ministers of Christ (Col.1:7); Col. 4:7).  In another passage, he added: “Let a man so account of us, as of the ministers of Christ, and stewards of the mysteries of God.  Moreover, it is required in stewards, that a man be found faithful”(1 Cor.4:1-2).

Now, the question that immediately demands an answer is this, which of the former or current Worldwide Church of God “ministers” could add their names to the list that includes Paul, Epaphras and Tychicus, as faithful ministers of Christ?  How about these names, Frank Brown, Paul Suckling, Arthur Suckling, Melvin Rhodes, Peter Shenton, David Bedford, Robin Jones, Francis Bergin, David and Andrew Silcox, George Delap, John Jewell, David Mcgowan, Ed Smith, John Meakin, Jeremy Rapson, Paul Roberts, Ian Martin. etc., etc.  Can any of these men honestly say, that they are faithful ministers of Christ and stewards of the mysteries God?
 

In 20 years of attending services with The Worldwide Church of God, I have never heard a “minister” gave a sermon, where he began by saying: “This afternoon I want to explain one of the mysteries of God.”  These proud, pompous, selfish, evil men have no knowledge of any of the mysteries of God. 

Now contrast their ignorance with the wisdom of the Chosen Vessel, who was truly a faithful minister of Christ.  For he was inspired to write: “I thank Christ Jesus our Lord, who has enabled me, for that he counted me faithful, putting me into the ministry” (1 Tim.1:12).  Now the question that screams at us for an answer is this, how come these unfaithful men were ordained “ministers” of Christ?  That is a question, God willing, I will answer at a later date.

But for now let us returned to the wisdom of the Chosen Vessel.  In his epistle to the Ephesians he writes: If you have heard of the dispensation of the grace of God which is given me to you-ward: How that by revelation he he made know unto me the mystery; (as I wrote afore in few words, whereby, when you read, you may understand my knowledge in the mystery Christ)” (Eph.3:2-4).  Can any of the men I mentioned above, who are now cocooned in GCI, UCG, COG/Hulme or some other divided splinter group, echo the words of the Chosen Vessel, when they speak or write to their respective, deluded congregations?  Not in a million years!  They are completely ignorant of the mysteries of God, but masters of speculations!

These evil, deceived men are all hirelings, who are motivated by self interest, money and power!  But they have got some surprises coming, and I can assure them, they won’t be pleasant!

The End Has Come, Part 2

I could just sit back and watch prophesied events unfold and engulf this evil world, as their certainly will.  But for the benefit of the handful of Christians that are still in the world, the following might prove helpful.

God has weighted the world in the balances, and it has been found wanting.  That is, justice was placed in the right hand scale, and the world in the left, and justice is much heavier that the world.  That outcome should not be a surprise for any of God’s elect, as they know that “none calls for justice, and equity cannot enter.”

 

God has also numbered the world and finished it.  That is, the world will be destroyed.  Note the words of the prophet thus: “I will utterly consume all things from of the land , says the Lord.  I will consume man and beast; I will consume the fowls of the heaven, and the fishes of the sea, and the stumbling blocks with the wicked: and I will cut off man from all the land, says the Lord”(Zeph.1:3).  This consumption which is determined upon the earth is set out in detail in the book of Revelation, especially chapter 16, where the utter destruction of man is set out in graphic detail

 

Now the deceived leaders and members in the so-called churches of God think that they are saved or will be saved.  But nothing could be further from the truth.  The leaders and members of these churches teach that Christ is divided, and God is the author of confusion.  Yet, the Chosen Vessel was inspired to write: “Now I beseech you, brethren, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that you all speak the same thing…”(1 Cor.1:10).  And in another place he exhorts the ministry to “endeavour to keep the unity of Spirit in the bond of peace”(Eph.4:3).

 

Despite the inspired Apostle’s exhortation, we find that the leaders of GCI, WCG,UCG, RCG, LCG, COG/Hulme and all the other COGs are continuing to protect their little empire of evil.  Of course, it provides them with a salary, while ministering to their pride.  But these evil men have got some surprises coming, and they won’t be pleasant!

 

This year, WCG has a brochure entitled, The Autumn Harvest Festival, but when I asked, what is the name of the festival?  No one was willing to say, it is The Feast of Tabernacles, because they will incur the wrath of Joe junior.  It is similar to someone saying, “Here is my son,” but when asked, what is his name, the father is too terrified to say, because the son doesn’t like his name, but still wants his father’s money!

 

However, against that background of wickedness and insanity, God faithful children are urged to “Seek you the Lord, all you meek of the earth, that have wrought his judgment: seek righteousness, seek meekness: it may be you shall be hid in the day of the Lord’s anger”(Zeph. 2:3).  (Luke 21:36).

No one in his or her right mind can believe that the so-called “ministers,” who were and are actually hirelings, have ever been meek or have ever wrought righteousness.  They were and are motivated by money and power!  And they certainly don’t understand the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven.  So they have also been weighted in balances and found wanted, and their judgment lingers not!
