God’s People Are Always Happy

Once again the world is celebrating the beginning of another pagan New Year. Most people are greeting one another with the phrase, “Happy New Year!” Of course, this greeting is only an insincere yearly ritual. For man, driven by innate selfishness, doesn’t want anyone to be happy but himself, and perhaps his so-called friends, provided they are not as happy as he is. Not that anyone who is separated from God is ever likely to be happy!
However, In contrast to man’s insincerity, genuine Christians do desire and pray for the peace and happiness of one another. They embraced the promise of Jesus, when he said: “Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world gives, give I unto you”(John 14:27). The world offers an empty wish, but Jesus sends the Holy Spirit to comfort his people, at a time that is described as perilous(2 Tim.3:1).
Of course, I have stated many times before, that there are no genuine Christians in any of the pagan, Protestants churches of this world, or in the current Worldwide Church of God, or any of the hundreds of splinter groups that have been formed sine the breakup WCG in 1995. All of these groups teach that Christ is divided and God in the author of confusion. Yet the Apostle was inspired to write the following text:(1 Cor.1:10).
Anyway, God sacred New Year begins on the 16 March this year, and 14 days later, after extensive fasting and prayer, the faithful people of God will be invited by him to take the Passover with Christ Jesus, who promised to take it new with them in his kingdom. This profound mystery cannot be understood by anyone who has not been clothed in humility, for God resists the proud, and gives grace to the humble(1 Pet.5:5).
So, what ever happens in this godless world of duplicity, violence, injustice and betrayal, God’s people will always be happy, for they are comforted by his Holy Spirit of peace and joy.

Again Tom who are these genuine christians?. Christ said there would be a church right up to the end then they will flee to a place of safety after that the 2 witnesses will take over the preaching of the kingdom and warning of repentance. So pleeaaaaase tell me how to find the group. I assume you are a part of them

>>Christ said there would be a church right up to the end...<<

Who said there wouldn't be?

>>then they will flee to a place of safety after that the 2 witnesses will take over the preaching of the kingdom and warning of repentance.<<

Where in the bible is this teaching?

>>So pleeaaaaase tell me how to find the group. I assume you are a part of them<<

Genuine Christians are not afraid to say who they are. Also, God always leads his people to meet together in fellowship. If you don't know where his people are, you are not one of them.

If all you genuine christians are not ashamed of the gospel than why be so secretive. It is a secret society?
The bible warns that all nations will hate God,s true people so can they be secret.
This secret only makes me more curious

This is all very curious Tom. You say that you have stated many times before that:-

- There are no genuine Christians in any of the pagan, Protestant churches of this world.

- Or in the current Worldwide Church of God.

- Or ANY of the hundreds of splinter groups that have been formed since the break-up of WCG in 1995.

So anyone who stayed in WCG is not a Christian, but if they left to be in one of the hundreds of splinter group they still are not Christians. No ‘splinter groups’ are true Christians.

So where are they? Are they scattered individuals?

Apparently not, because you go on to comment that ‘Genuine Christians are not afraid to say who they are. Also, God always leads his people to meet together in fellowship.’

Hang on a moment – so they are a group!

So are you one of these ‘Genuine Christians’ who ‘are not afraid to say who they are’. Doesn’t look like you can be, because you DO seem to be ‘afraid to say who they are’.

Could it be that these genuine christians believe in a form of the rapture?

Well, WCG or GCI is now a member of the Protestant Evangelical Alliance of Churches, so those in GCI can't be Christians, as Protestants don't believe in the Sabbath or the Holy Days, to mention two fundamental teachings of the bible.

The splinter groups that were formed before the death of Mr. Armstrong are obvious heresies, and those that were formed since his death, teach that Christ is divided. The leaders of UCG disagree with the leaders of LCG, PCG, RCG, COG/Hulme and all the other splinters. Yet they all want sensible people to believe that they are all God's people.

You are free to believe what you wish, but according to the bible, God's people love one another, believe and speak the same things, that is, agree on the teachings of the bible.

You are confused because you associate with people who reject the wholesome teachings of the bible.
